Our commitment to service quality improvement and professional development remains our foundation. Many of their innovative practices developed in performing their day-to-day duties have gained global recognition, including invitation to our president to proudly share these practices with other chapters in the international U.I.C.H gatherings.Īs Hong Kong’s tourism and hospitality sectors look to recover from the Covid-19 Pandemic, the society and its members are eager to play a significant role in the recovery by continuing to advance our hotel service standards. The Golden Key International Honour Society (formerly Golden Key National Honor Society) is an Atlanta, Georgia-based non-profit organization founded in 1977 to recognise academic achievement among college and university students in all disciplines. We are immensely proud of our members, the backbone of our achievement. Its steadfast commitment to professional development of its members has helped to substantially elevate the city’s hotel service standards, contributing to the excellent reputation enjoyed by Hong Kong’s hotel industry. Membership into the Society is by invitation only and applies to the top 15 of college and university sophomores, juniors and seniors, as well as top-performing graduate students in all fields of study, based solely on the their academic achievements.

It has also come to be recognized widely as the preeminent association of hotel concierges in Hong Kong. Golden Key, is the worlds largest collegiate honor society. Golden Key is a program for those age 50 or older.
